Executive Coaching for Culturally Diverse Leaders

Strengthen your leadership capability, confidence, visibility and influence while navigating systemic bias and preparing for your next level of leadership.

Our executive coaching is informed by culturally inclusive practice, helping you advance without compromising your cultural identity or values.

THE CHALLENGE

Leadership Potential is Not Recognised Equally

Traditional executive coaching often focuses primarily on individual behaviour and mindset overlooking, the racial bias, cultural expectation and systemic barriers that influence how culturally diverse leaders are perceived and advanced. When coaching lacks culturally responsive and racial equity lens, it can place undue responsibility on the individual while overlooking organisational conditions affecting visibility, opportunity and progression. We help you navigate the exact challenges that matter.

Invisible Exclusion

Being left out of influential conversations, informal networks and decision-making spaces, limiting their visibility, voice and access to senior relationships.

Gatekeeping of Promotable Opportunities

High-profile projects, stretch assignments and acting opportunities are often allocated through established relationships and familiarity, restricting access needed for advancement.

Biased Selection Processes

Systemic bias can shape how leadership readiness, capability and fit are assessed and, lead to greater scrutiny or being overlooked in promotion and appointment decisions.

WHAT IS THE COACHING FORMAT

Coaching that is designed to turn insight into sustained leadership behaviour

The coaching program includes six one-hour sessions, typically scheduled two to four weeks apart. This allows time between sessions to reflect, test new behaviours in the workplace and bring those experiences back into coaching.

Session 1: Set the Coaching Objective
Clarify the leadership challenge, define the desired outcome and identify the behaviours that will support progress.

Sessions 2 to 5: Experiment, Reflect and Refine
Apply new behaviours in real workplace situations, reflect on what happened and use each coaching session to refine your approach.

Session 6: Consolidate the Learning
Review the experiments, identify what has been most effective and develop a plan to embed the behaviours with greater consistency.
